Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
    • All tags, certifications, and accessories must be intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized or personalized jewelry.
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
    • Gift cards and promotional items.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@opulentgemstone.com with the following details:
    • Order number.
    • Item(s) you wish to return.
    • Reason for the return.
  2. Approval:
    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  3. Shipping the Return:
    • Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
    • Clearly include the RAN on the return label.
    • Ship the return to the address provided.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and non-refundable charges (e.g., gift-wrapping) are not eligible for reimbursement.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. Please follow the return process to send back the original item and indicate the item you wish to exchange it for.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing info@opulentgemstone.com.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label for verification.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Conditions for Refusal

Returns may be refused under the following circumstances:

  • Items returned without prior authorization (RAN).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day return window.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled if requested within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already shipped.
